Choose from Service Dog, PTSD, Seizure Alert Dog, Service Dog In Training, Medical Alert, Search and Rescue Dog, Service Animal, Guide Dog, Hearing Assistance, Working Dog, Mobility Dog on your tags. These cards make it easy to educate the uninformed of your rights. Your Service Dog ID Tags clearly identify your companion as a Service Dog with his or her picture on the tag.
On the back of is information from the Department of Justice (DOJ) that clearly answers common questions and provides a 1-800 number to the DOJ should business owners or employees have further questions.
The 1990 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) clearly states that proof of "certification" cannot be required by any facility or business for legal access if you meet the requirements for a person with a legal disability, and your dog meets the requirements of a service animal.
However, the reality is that many businesses and employees are ignorant of this law. Whether you choose a tag, a vest or a bandana, a properly identified dog will receive less hassles than one without. We think service dog tags are best because:

By themselves, our tags easily identify your dog as a service animal and is not as hot as the vest. Even if you do use a vest and patches our service dog id tags have your animals's photo and information on it. Here's why one of our customers won't use a vest:
I frequently travel alone with my service dog and I don't like having her vest on her because it calls too much attention to her and, since I do travel alone, I try to minimize the fact that I might be a potentially "safer" target for someone looking to rob someone. Thank you, Dena Taylor |
Unlike cheap laminated cards, ours are made of durable plastic thicker than credit cards with the ink infused into the plastic so it can't chip off. Our regular size tags measure 3.375" x 2.125" (85.6mm x 54mm) - standard credit card size. Our new small tags are just the right size smaller dogs and measure 2.125" x 1.125".

I recently purchased a set Service Dog Tags and am so pleased with the quality and professional appearance. The picture turned out wonderful. I've had many compliments on this tag and handed out the information for others to order for themselves.

The smaller tags look so much better on my mother's toy poodle. Everything is legible and clear including the picture. Now mom can take her hearing alert dog dog with her any where she goes without any hassle. People see the tag and vest on the dog and don't question or hassle my 86 year old mother about having the dog with her. I do recommend getting the vest along with the tags, that way it's easier for folks to see that this is a working dog.

I love the tags but my son cant take his dog to school with him. They are saying even though it says Service Dog and he has that tag, that because my son suffers from severe anxiety he CANNOT bring his service dog to school! What a waste!

Just going to start off with what great service I received when order the tags. I was having problems with the internet program, so I decided to just e-mail it to them. I then called and talked to a rep and it was taken care of. Received the tags in 3 days. Have used the tags and haven't had any problems with people or the product itself. GREAT JOB!!!

Finally, something for people to see when Chloe is out in the public setting. My husband and I are now comfortable taking our service dog with us in all environments. Chloe's ID answers questions about why she is always with us. She wears a small ID tag on her harnesses and I keep the large ID in my wallet. I think the next step would be to purchase a harness with "Service Dog" written on it. The small tags are hard to read.

My two German Shepherd dogs have been trained and are handled by me as Companion/Service Aides. Their ID tags are worn proudly by them both.

The larger of the two tag sizes was extremely helpful in dodging the ire of a NYC building guard who, as in prior visits, started to approach my service dog and me with furious demeanor--and backed away from us without growling a word when he saw the "Service Dog" tag. But what are the three small tags to be used for?
(SDT) The small tags are meant for small dogs that the full size tag would be too big for. we also sell sets with 2 large tags, one for your wallet and one for the dog. If you would like another large tag contact our customer service.

I am reviewing for a friend of mine. He is disabled and his little dog goes everywhere with him. She was recently made into a Medical Alert dog, and now that she has her tags, can accompany him into places she couldn't previously go with him. He states "I feel more comfident going in places that I was nervous to go before now that Piper is with me." Thanks Service Dog Tags!!

Just a quick note to say how very much I love the quality of the tags!
They are tough yet sleek!
I have gotten so many compliments I have handed out ALL the business card that came with my order!
