Service Dog Supplies
You get two Service Dog ID cards with your order, one for your dog and one for you to carry in your wallet so you can easily show others what the law says. Choose from Service Dog, PTSD, Seizure Alert Dog, Service Dog In Training, Medical Alert, Search and Rescue Dog, Service Animal, Guide Dog, Hearing Assistance, Working Dog, Mobility Dog on your tags. These cards make it easy to educate the uninformed of your rights. Your Service Dog ID Tags clearly identify your companion as a Service Dog with his or her picture on the tag.
On the back is information from the Department of Justice (DOJ) that clearly answers common questions and provides a 1-800 number to the DOJ should business owners or employees have further questions.
The 1990 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) clearly states that proof of "certification" cannot be required by any facility or business for legal access if you meet the requirements for a person with a legal disability, and your dog meets the requirements of a service animal.
However, the reality is that many businesses and employees are ignorant of this law. Whether you choose a tag, a vest or a bandana, a properly identified dog will receive less hassles than one without. We think service dog tags are best because:

By themselves, our tags easily identify your dog as a service animal and is not as hot as the vest. Even if you do use a vest and patches our service dog id tags have your animals's photo and information on it. Here's why one of our customers won't use a vest:
I frequently travel alone with my service dog and I don't like having her vest on her because it calls too much attention to her and, since I do travel alone, I try to minimize the fact that I might be a potentially "safer" target for someone looking to rob someone. Thank you, Dena Taylor |
Unlike cheap laminated cards, ours are made of durable plastic thicker than credit cards with the ink infused into the plastic so it can't chip off. Our regular size tags measure 3.375" x 2.125" (85.6mm x 54mm) - standard credit card size. Our new small tags are just the right size smaller dogs and measure 2.125" x 1.125".

Only dogs and small horses are now allowed by the New ADA Law to be service animals. We no longer sell these tags for any other animals.

Somehow we lost our Service Dog tag in our travels, so we immediately ordered new ones from the same company because the price was right and the service was quick.

I ordered this tag when I found out that the tag I had been using on my service dog did not have the correct info on it. The website claimed to register my dog but the phone # was for the government help line if you have been denied any required service. The woman I talked to made it clear THEY DO NOT REGISTER SERVICE DOGS.

Your service is amazing. The tags are well made and my last set lasted a long time - being worn everyday. Cami is my second dog to wear your tags. Thanks from the three of us.

Excellent, fast service. The picture turned out beautiful. The quality is great. I have seizures, but not an obvious disability. It is so nice to have this card saying 'seizure alert dog'. I am very pleased with my order.
Thank you for such great service

This is Wishy's first updated tags, she is 5 years older now and I didn't realize how much she had changed. The new tags are great bigger bolder writing and quick delivery.
